Recessed Filter Plate

Reinforced polypropylene filter plate and filter frame is manufactured by injection molding, which is durable, light weight, anti-corrosion, non-toxic and odorless; We use pure virgin polypropylene to manufacture our plate frames. We use high molecular weight polypropylene, which is recognized for its excellent chemical resistance even at high temperatures, long service life, no problems of leakage, cracking and corrosion, and enhanced effective filtration and washing.

Adopt hydraulic pressing method, with maximum pressing pressure of 25 MPa, and maintain pressure automatically by using fully automatic electrical connection pressure gauge;

Maximum filter pressure: 1.0MPa for common filter plate type, 0.5MPa for plate and frame type to ensure optimal conditions for cake forming process and meet filter pressure;
