I.Introduction

The filter press positioning filter plate handle is a new type of pressure filter frame beam surface structure and auxiliary components matching its main beam beam surface structure.Located on both sides of the filter plate,the lower end surface of the handle is concave and semicircular.

The beam surface of the main beam of the frame is a convex semi-circular guide rail, and the semi-circular guide rail is matched with the concave semi-circular groove at the lower end of the filter plate handle, and a certain adjustment gap is maintained.

II. Advantages

1. The handles on both sides of the existing filter plate are changed into a symmetrical semi-arc structure, and a certain adjustment gap is left to match the main beam matching guide surface,avoid the failure of the pull plate cylinder due to uneven force and the filter plate is stuck.

2. It is convenient for the main beam processing, and the guide rail and the main beam are specially designed with the component body screw combination structure.The guide rail can be divided into two halves by wire cutting with the round bar of the fine car, and the main beam main plate is directly cut and formed, which greatly reduces the manufacturing cost of the filter plate handle of the filter press.
